Class Representative, the Police Retirement System of St. Louis, on behalf of themselves and the Class (defined below), have reached a proposed settlement of the Action that, if approved, will resolve all claims in the Action.

Your Legal Rights and Options in This Action

Submit a Proof of Claim and Release	The only way to be eligible to receive a payment from the Settlement. Proofs of Claim and Release must have been postmarked or received no later than January 24, 2022.
Exclude Yourself	You will not be bound by the terms of the Settlement, and you will not receive any payment. The deadline to exclude yourself was December 3, 2021.
Object to the Settlement	You may write to the Court about why you oppose the Settlement. The deadline to object was January 5, 2022.
Go to a Hearing	The hearing on whether to approve the settlement was February 24, 2022, at 8:00 a.m.
Do Nothing	Receive no payment. Give up your rights.
